Karan also manages Evolving Influence’s network of associates who provide extra capacity and specialist skills in areas including design, web development and photography.
Karan first edited websites as a student in the 1990s, he then took on business development and marketing roles within consulting firms over the following decade, during which he delivered campaigns, brand refreshes and content that have helped to build stronger businesses.

Sarah is an experienced marketer who specialises in developing and implementing B2B marketing and communication strategies. Sarah’s approach focusses primarily on getting to know and understand a business to deliver quality, on brand campaigns across all customer touch points.
She has predominantly delivered integrated campaigns focused on improving customer engagement within sales and service for the FTSE 250. Sarah delivers business evaluation, strategy & planning; branding; data services; copy writing for e-campaigns, social media, direct mail, case studies and awards; and event marketing.
Sarah has the great ability to balance creative thinking with results and strongly believes that all marketing activity must have a direct impact on business ROI.
Sarah is a member of the CIM.
Associate, Business Strategy
Mark is an entrepreneur and strategist with a decade’s experience of working with sports bodies, trade associations and technology companies. He is the Managing Director of a group of firms comprising MR Sport, MR Tech and MR Strategy.
Mark has degrees in mechanical engineering and technology policy from Cambridge and Imperial College as well as a diploma in public relations. He has worked for Members of Parliament, the Royal Academy of Engineering, the Learning and Skills Council and the Chartered Institute of PR.
He is a Freeman of the Public Relations Guild, a Member of the PRCA and the PCG. He sits on the Council of the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Alumni Council of the Cambridge Judge Business School. He is a board director of Oxford Rugby League
Jon has a background in television, having worked for ITV for over a decade. He offers clients a breadth of photographic services ranging from film and television unit photography and studio portraiture, to event reportage and corporate and personal headshots.
Jon’s work has appeared in all major UK newspapers and most popular magazines, exhibited in a number of galleries including the Getty and Saatchi, and featured in the British Journal of Photography. His clients include ITV, the BBC, Google, American Express, the Guardian, and Random House.
